Carousel Video (Eutomnia)

Logo descriptions by SnowflakesOmega

Background: Carousel Video was one of the first VHS distributors of Eutomnia. They went defunct in 1999.

1st Logo
(1985-1988)

Nicknames: "Carousel/Merry-Go-Round from Hell", "The Ominous Carousel", "Nightmare Carousel"

Logo: We see a live-action carousel spinning illuminated by various multicolored lights. It later goes faster and faster as the colors also start to spin around. Few seconds later, it fades out, and the words "CAROUSEL VIDEO", stacked, wipe in and out from below.

FX/SFX: Live-action. The words are computer-generated.

Cheesy Factor: The carousel video is very low-quality, not to mention when it goes into it's most fastest speed it can even cause people seizures! The wiping of the text is not really bad, but a bit cheesy.

Music/Sounds: A big band theme that later gets out of control.

Availability: Extremely rare. Nowadays early Carousel tapes are very hard to find.

Scare Factor: High to nightmare. The collision of the creepy atmosphere and loud music, coming after the calm warning screen, may give some of the bravest people nightmares. It gets even worse if the movie coming after it is for kids!

2nd Logo
(1988-1998)
TBA

3rd Logo
(1998-1999)

Nicknames: "Steel Carousel"

Logo: TBA

FX/SFX: The spinning carousel zooming out.

Music/Sounds: TBA

Availability: Extremely rare. This logo was very short-lived but it appeared on various VHSs and VCDs throughout the time.

Scare Factor: None. It is way more relaxing than the 1st logo.
